Tell ΛXÏS what you want to make or accomplish. Explain the outcome normally. ΛXÏS will determine what should be built, show you what it understood, and wait for your confirmation before any exact quote.
Scope. The exact accepted quote controls deliverables, price, and delivery estimate. New features, added deliverables, new integrations, or changed objectives require a new quote.
Revisions. One bounded in-scope revision round is included.
Completion. The order is complete when the quoted deliverables pass the applicable ΛXÏS QA gate and the exact entitled product/download is available in your customer workspace.
Cancellation & refunds. Before payment, stop with no charge. After payment but before governed build dispatch, customer-requested cancellation is eligible for a full refund. After build dispatch, refunds are available for duplicate/incorrect charges, inability to deliver the accepted scope, or where required by law. Scope or preference changes use the included revision or a new quote.
Support. Talk to ΛXÏS and Support remain available through the customer experience and private workspace.
Terms. Customer quote acceptance is required before hosted checkout. Genuine paid+succeeded payment is required before build execution. Unsafe, prohibited, unsupported, or ambiguous work may be held or declined. No off-session charge is authorized.
Privacy. ΛXÏS may process account/contact information, submitted ideas/files, quote/order metadata, build status, support messages, and delivery records to provide the service. Payment card details are entered with the hosted payment provider; ΛXÏS does not request or store card details. Privacy/export/deletion requests use the existing Support path, subject to operational, security, and legal retention requirements.
No outcome guarantee. ΛXÏS delivers the quoted digital product or work product. Revenue, sales, platform approval, audience growth, or any other business outcome is not guaranteed.
