Information, not a new policy or purchase flowCustomer-friendly explanations based on the terms displayed on the current public site. They do not replace the exact accepted quote, binding customer terms or applicable law.
Plan and purchase
Does it cost anything to describe my idea?
The public website states that initial planning is free. The customer reviews an exact quote and scope before hosted checkout. No payment is required to begin planning.
When am I charged?
The current terms require customer acceptance of the quote before hosted checkout. The existing provider handles card entry; this design proposal does not create payment functionality.
Can I change the requested work?
The accepted quote controls scope, deliverables and price. Additional features or materially changed objectives require a new quote.
Delivery and revisions
What will I receive?
The exact deliverables, delivery estimate and conditions are defined in the accepted quote. Eligible orders follow the existing build, QA and workspace delivery process.
Are revisions included?
The public customer promise includes one bounded, in-scope revision round. New scope requires a separate quote.
Are particular business outcomes guaranteed?
No. The current public terms do not guarantee revenue, sales, audience growth, approvals or other business outcomes.
Cancellation, refunds and privacy
What if I change my mind?
Before payment, customers may stop with no charge. After payment but before governed build dispatch, customer-requested cancellation is eligible for a full refund under the currently displayed terms.
What happens after work begins?
The existing public terms specify refunds for duplicate or incorrect charges, inability to deliver accepted scope, or where required by law. Scope or preference changes are addressed through the included revision or a new quote.
Where do I get support or request data changes?
The live customer terms direct support and privacy, export or deletion requests through the existing support path, subject to operational, legal and security retention requirements.
Help remains available.
The existing website provides a customer support destination through the private workspace. This concept does not invent telephone, email, live-chat or response-time guarantees.
